Terms & Conditions
Quotations
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and are subject to material availability and drawing revision. A confirmed order number and approved drawing revision are required before production begins.
Design and Drawing Responsibility
The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all drawings and specifications supplied. AxiDatum CNC manufactures to the drawing provided. Engineering feedback given during quotation is advisory and does not transfer design responsibility.
Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings and specifications supplied by the customer remain the property of the customer. We do not reproduce, share or use customer designs for any purpose other than fulfilling the agreed order.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified on the quotation. Ownership of goods does not transfer until full payment is received.
Delivery
Lead times stated in quotations are estimates based on current workload and material availability at the time of quotation. AxiDatum CNC is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
Non-Conforming Parts
If you believe parts do not conform to the agreed drawing, contact us within 7 days of receipt. Include photographs and dimensional data. We will agree a resolution process — typically rework, replacement or concession — before any return is arranged.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the specific order in question. We are not liable for consequential, indirect or incidental losses arising from the use of parts we supply.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
