Mixed-Material Fixture Assembly
A packaging-line assembly station required three different materials in one fixture set: a 6061-T6 base plate for structural rigidity, POM product nests for non-marring contact on painted housings, and stainless 304 locating pins for wear resistance. All parts were quoted and manufactured in one order.
