CAD File Confidentiality
We understand that engineering drawings and 3D models represent significant intellectual property. This page explains how we handle files you share with us.
Files Are Not Shared
CAD files, drawings and specifications you upload are used only for preparing a quotation or fulfilling an active order. They are not shared with third parties, subcontractors or any other party without your written consent.
Secure File Handling
Uploaded files are stored on secure servers and accessed only by the engineering team processing your inquiry. Files are not retained beyond the period required for quotation preparation and order fulfilment.
NDA Available on Request
If you require a mutual non-disclosure agreement before sharing files, request one before uploading. We will provide a draft NDA for your review. Production does not begin until an NDA is signed if requested.
No Reproduction
We do not reproduce, resell or use your designs for any purpose other than manufacturing the parts described in your confirmed order.
Returning Files After Enquiry
If no order is placed, uploaded files are deleted from our systems within 30 days of the enquiry closing. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
